Thank You - All Ellipse employees express appreciation to our Multifamily associates who personally reached out to us over our loss of Steve Swan and Mathew Butler, our Senior Security Programmer and Theresa Butler’s only child. We also thank the attendees of the NAA (National Apartment Association) Annual Education Conference in Orlando as they donated over $2,600.00 to be included with our $5,000.00 corporate contribution for the National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC.org) in memoriam of these young men. Though Steve is gone, his legacy will remain at Ellipse through the many security data handling tools and business practices that we deploy every day as a result of his vision, knowledge and intellectual application. During one of our meetings here in our office Richard Jahnel, our Senior Network Engineer, referred to Steve as his “Wing Man”, as they worked together to protect us all from the dark side of the Internet.

As we attempt to get back to doing what we do best, providing the most integrated, robust selection of high-quality management tools and business practices this industry offers; we know that over time our wounds will heal. We will immerse ourselves in education and product knowledge as the driving force at our company and our clientele will be more successful as a result of it. And, our executives will continue to provide vision in product definitions and management ideologies; while our production, training and account support teams deliver on those commitments.

Our suite of services, Ellipse Symphony^SM will continue to define management communications and operations, setting new standards within our sector. Ellipse will continue to displace traditional corporate forms management, document handing, and internal communications with our centralized, electronic "town hall", the Apartment Toolbox® corporate Intranet, while we improve resident communications with our feature rich Relate 24/7^SM, Progressive Websites and Resident Portal applications. Our model of delivering successful branding and marketing results to fund corporate operations and communications programs is yet to be replicated and we will continue to deliver bottom line ROI. And, most of all we will continue to embed our personal dedication and love for what we do, as that keeps our hearts full and our minds challenged.
